Relationship Certificate

The following documents are required for a relationship certificate in favour of Bangladeshi expatriates residing in Thailand:
01. Valid original Passports along with the photocopies.
02. Visa copies and a valid work permit copy.
03. Birth Certificate(s) or a marriage certificate.
04. An Application from the applicant. The form is available here.
05. The consular fee for a relationship certificate is Baht 110. ( Fee is Non-Refundable)
